The Recording Journey was created by a group of musicians, producers and mixers who shared a common love of creating music. We are an eclectic mix of people who share a passion not only for creating music, but also for helping others.
Members offer help and advice to each other in a safe environment, where everyone aims to help in whatever way they can. We give constructive criticism on work in progress, help and advice on overcoming problems and collaborate on each others’ creations.
We are a small, non-profit community. There’s no agenda here other than to help other people achieve their best in music.
Most of the activity takes place on the forum. If you’re not already a member, you can sign up to join – there’s no fee, but you will need to wait for your application to be approved before you can dive in.
Our philosophy is built around mutual help. We value respect and constructive criticism. We aim to build an environment for the sharing of ideas, collaborating, challenging and encouraging each other.

What goes on in the forum?
Pretty much anything and everything about music; especially making music. Members post music in progress for others to comment and help out; we chat about published music and artists; we take part in fun challenges and competitions. There’s no limits!
